We booked the Mini Consultation for the next day and were initially unsure if everything would go through due to our last minute booking. However the team at IVF London were prepared and had sent out communication to us very promptly. The appointment itself was very easy, there was a technical issue but the team resolved this very quickly and they were all very helpful. During the appointment the Doctor we spoke with was very friendly and made us feel calm and supported, she took the time to ensure we knew what our next steps were.
