Medical Director / Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist
Moses Batwala graduated from The University of Leeds School of Medicine in 2001 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) with Distinction in Biochemistry.
He then undertook his Specialist Training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Leeds and Sheffield and became a Member of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 2009.
He started his specialist training in Subfertility in 2010 and was awarded his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) and become a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2013.
In 2013 he was appointed a Post CCT Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and started his Masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2014 to pursue further specialist training in Fertility investigation and IVF treatment.
Moses Batwala was then appointed as a Consultant and Fertility Specialist at Create Fertility in St Paul’s, London in 2016 and rose to become the head of Hysteroscopic Services in 2017. He developed his approach to Mild Stimulation and management of women with low-ovarian reserve during this period.
While still at Create Fertility, he helped establish and was appointed Lead Consultant and Clinical Lead for their new sister branch, abcIVF on Harley Street in London in 2017.
In 2018, he was appointed as Senior Consultant Gynaecologist and IVF Specialist for the Evewell Clinic also on Harley Street in London. He held this post until 2019 when he was appointed as Medical Director of Gynaecology and Fertility Services at IVF London.
He is an active member of the Fertility fraternity in the UK, and is a member of the British Fertility Society (BFS) and has written peer reviewed papers on different aspects of subfertility, including one of his specialist fields of Pre-Genetic Screening (PGS).
