An at-home male fertility test is a semen analysis you complete in private. You collect a sample at home and post it to an accredited laboratory, which measures your sperm count, motility, and morphology. You then receive a clear, clinician-reviewed report, usually within around 72 hours. IVF London has partnered with Sapyen to offer this test to our patients.

What does the test measure?
The Sapyen Core Semen Analysis looks at 9 key measures of sperm health:
- Sperm count and concentration
- Progressive, non-progressive, and immobile sperm (motility)
- Morphology (sperm shape)
- Agglutination and aggregation (clumping)
- Semen pH and volume
