Dr Eranga Harshika Abeysundera

Dr Eranga Abeysundera leads the operational delivery and strategic development of IVF London, helping ensure every patient receives safe, coordinated and compassionate fertility care.

Medically trained at the West China School of Medicine, Sichuan University, Dr Abeysundera later completed a master’s degree at the University of Worcester. He has contributed to published research in obstetrics and gynaecology and previously worked within the Private Patients Unit at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, gaining valuable experience in complex healthcare operations, governance and multidisciplinary coordination.

At IVF London, he works closely with the clinical, embryology, nursing, patient coordination and leadership teams to strengthen day-to-day operations and continuously improve service quality. His medically informed approach connects clinical priorities with effective, patient-centred systems giving patients confidence that every stage of their fertility journey is carefully coordinated by an experienced and collaborative team.
