I went for a fertility check at this clinic, this was fine but I got told to wait in the waiting room and then someone from a little side office, I am guessing finance came out and started discussing treatment options and pricings in front of other people in the waiting room.
I thought this was really insensitive and made us feel uncomfortable. They are also really expensive, with everything an add on.
I have since found out that you can get a package from a company to reduce costs, which make it more reasonable. We went elsewhere where we got a better feel from the start.
